Q: What is the address of your office?
A: The office is located in Carroll County, Maryland. I will provide the exact address after client forms are completed.

Q: Is there a bathroom at the office?
A: Yes, there is a dry-flush electric toilet. If you would feel more comfortable, I recommend using the facilities before arriving to the office. Or there are local stores (Target, Weis) within minutes of the office with public restrooms.

Q: What questions can I ask my insurance company about Out of Network benefits?
A: Here are some example questions to ask your insurance about getting your sessions reimbursed:

What are the reimbursement rates for the intake (code 90791) and future sessions (90837 for 60 min., 90834 for 45 min., 90847 for family sessions, and 90853 for groups)?

Q: What if I can't meet in person?
A: No problem at all! I will always offer virtual therapy which will be conducted via secure, individualized Zoom link (HIPAA compliant). Virtual groups will meet via Zoom.

Q: What is your cancellation/no-show policy?
A: I require 24 hour notice for cancellation or no-show of appointments (virtual or in person). If you cannot meet in person and would like to switch to a virtual appointment that is always an option to avoid the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is $60 charged to the credit card on file in Therapy Notes portal. I always appreciate communication regarding cancellations (life happens, I get it!) and I will not charge the fee if we are able to reschedule your session to another day in the same week.
